I can tell you one thing and my wife will vouch for me. I was horrified to hear they had us down for 2492, 8 points short of prime which is the equivalent of 40.00 in a slot machine. Everything was great until the rep told me my point total they had on file for my 2 cruises. I went to book our 2021 January cruise and wanted to add something to our September Oasis cruise so I called the Casino Royale line. We sailed January 4th with 9 of us including our grandson so we knew Casino time would be down but knew we only needed to get 1114 points (piece of cake). My wife and I sailed on Serenade with my parents in September and I accumulated 1386 not many but enough under the circumstances. Anything under it is really counter productive benefits wise. Let me tell you that we cruise twice or more a year and ALWAYS make sure we get to the Prime level. We treasure our points, we watch them like a hawk, and we all know that the 2500 point threshold gets you to a level that gets you the free cruise, free drinks in the casino. We all know who we are and we all know what benefits that come from gambling while we cruise. I am hear to warn each and every cruiser that uses the 'benefits of our losses' to become Prime members or higher in the Casino.
